…good news!!!
Denizens, if you’ll recall, I rejoined the ranks of the gainfully employed back in late November.
Well, that was a temp position.  Which got me by until a better paying temp-to-perm position came along in April.
And now, the “perm” part of that equation has been realized.  I was notified Thursday that my company has decided that they like my fine work and want me as part of their permanent crew.  This’ll carry with it a decent-enough raise and some bennies.
Next step:  stop spending $$$$ like a modern-day Republican.  Maybe if I actually brown-bagged  it once in a while…

if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?
And don't even get me started on Opera or Chrome. I'm not about to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
