This opinion piece is just that, one man’s opinion. He does, however, have a point. The same government which regulates Toyota, owns a piece of two of Toyota’s competitors.

The light has come on for Newt Gingrich.
Former House speaker Newt Gingrich on Saturday conceded that he was wrong to endorse Republican candidate Dede Scozzafava in last November’s special congressional election in New York’s 23rd District.
“They were right. At the time, as a party builder and someone who has always been trying to help build the party, it struck me that she was the local nominee. She turned out to be a huge disappointment. And she turned out not to be frankly a loyal Republican.”
“And I think that those folks have the better of that argument.
Sounds suspiciously like a Republican trying to position himself for a 2012 run, hm?
(Side note to Phil:  JS Middleton is a fucking coward – and you can tell him I said so.  Let him try calling me  a “teabagger” to my face and see what it gets him.)

if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?
And don't even get me started on Opera or Chrome. I'm not about to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
