If Al-Qaida were to fly a plane into Lincoln Financial Field, just so I wouldn’t have to hear that piece of shit “Fly Eagles Fly” anymore – all would be forgiven.

For that matter, if someone wanted to bulldoze both Texas Stadium and that monstrosity out in Arlington, I’d be inclined to give them sanctuary.

That game did get real ugly, real fast.

I’m pretty sure I could hear the howls of outrage from you down here. For my part, I do have to admit that I was laughing my fool head off pretty much the entire game.

Until the Cowboys’ owner fires the Cowboys’ general manager, you might as well get used to this. It’s not every general manager who can run Jimmy Johnson out of town for winning too much…

    44-6?

What did Dallas do, send a junior high team out in their place?

I wasn’t expecting a good season, but a game without a single touchdown? The Danny White era was better than that.

Frankly, I’d like to fire the Cowboys’ owner. If only the franchise were a publicly-traded firm – Roger Staubach and Nolan Ryan could team up for a hostile takeover…

Of course, Dubya is going to have a lot of time on his hands pretty soon. :D

    (ducks)

As bad as Dubya has been on several other issues, could he possibly be worse than the lame-brain who actually fired Parcells because he was doing a good job and hired coach cupcake because he hadn’t done a good job in the past?

On second thought… maybe he could. Ouch.

We can take comfort in knowing that Henry Paulson didn’t get any staff positions when Dubya was invested in the Texas Rangers.

It helps, though, if you have Microsoft Internet Explorer  set about 1024x768 1280x1024 with your Favorites window activated on the left deactivated.  (At least until I can get a better handle on how WordPress works.)

(KORRIOTH:  Oh, great.  More wormholes.)

Mozilla Firefox doesn't do too badly, either; in fact, it's His Rudeness' browser of choice.
You can  use Nutscrape,  if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?

And don't even  get me started on Opera or Chrome.  I'm not about  to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
