This is one more case in which the officer involved has no business in uniform. His employment should be terminated immediately, and his law enforcement certification revoked. No policeman who abuses citizens in this manner should be tolerated.

if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?
And don't even get me started on Opera or Chrome. I'm not about to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
Vicar, the first thing that comes to my mind is that said policeman has secured a lawyer. Said lawyer had it pulled because the court of public opinion would have certainly “hung ’em high”, thus ruining any chance of said lawyer actually WINNING a lawsuit.
Call me cynical, or maybe just a tad sarcastic but Mr. Policeman does need to be thoroughly lambasted at a minimum.
