Welcome to the Realm™ - Version 5.0...

In Part the 34,918,622nd in our ongoing series of showing how leftards go to the courts to get what they can’t get any other legitimate way, we find a “resident” of Farmers Branch – that heroic town standing up for its rights under the duly enacted laws of the United States of America and trying to protect itself from illegal alien putas&#160 – suing that city for supposedly passing anti-illegal alien ordinances behind closed doors:

A Farmers Branch resident is suing the city and City Council members, saying they violated state open meetings laws by deliberating the merits of recently adopted immigration-related ordinances and policies behind closed doors.

There’s just one teeeeeeeny, tiiiiiiiny, sliiiiiiiiiiiiight problem with that particular claim:&#160 It ain’t true.

In a series of 6-0 votes, the council members also approved fines for landlords and businesses that deal with illegal immigrants, and allowed local authorities to screen suspects in police custody to see if they are in the country illegally.

The votes were made in a room in City Hall packed with people who clapped as the votes were tallied in favor of the measures. In a parking lot outside, hundreds of protesters against the rules hoisted American flags and sang the Pledge of Allegiance in English before the votes were taken.

The vote came up in a public meeting Monday evening after an all-day closed meeting with the city attorney where council members discussed the legal ramifications of the proposals, intended to keep illegal immigrants away from the city.

Now that “all-day closed meeting” is the equivalent of what the city of Dallas would call “executive session”.&#160 It’s perfectly legal for the FB town council to do, as long as one of their purposes is to:

seeks [sic] the advice of its attorney about: (A) pending or contemplated litigation;

And that meeting did just that.

But Cthulu forbid that actual facts&#160 get in the way of an illegal alien fuckhead’s whiny-assed temper-tantrum.&#160 Why, that would be positively un-American.

The suit, filed Monday in Dallas County District Court, is the first in what is expected to be several lawsuits over actions taken by the Farmers Branch City Council last month, which include prohibiting apartment managers from leasing to illegal immigrants and making English the city’s official language.

The suit asks the court to void the ordinance and prevent the city from enforcing it.

One might wish to have been there, sufficiently…ah…”equipped” to strongly discourage the filing of this POS litigation.&#160 Especially given the limp-wrists who filed it.

The suit was filed by The Bickel & Brewer Storefront, the community-service affiliate of the national litigation firm of Bickel & Brewer, with offices in Dallas and New York

Ah, yes.&#160 The Bickel & Brewer “law firm”.&#160 More likely – and Billy & John-boy, this is my First Amendment-protected opinion, so if you don’t like it, fuck off – more likely, a storefront for a Dallas-based bathhouse.

I mean, really.&#160 A swishier pair you will not find on planet Earth.&#160 No “gaydar” necessary – simply by looking at their picture you can tell they’re outright flamers.

And to think…a well-prepared individual coulda nailed two birds with one stone, as it were.

The plaintiff is Guillermo Ramos, a real estate agent and Farmers Branch resident.

Note to self:&#160 Under no circumstances whatsoever even consider&#160 buying anything resembling a house from this motherfucker.&#160 One supposes that he’s&#160 a pendejo illegal, tambien.

“Like many in the community, I believe the public was denied the opportunity to participate in the discussion of these ordinances,” Mr. Ramos said.

Except you were&#160 given that chance, Billy, you dumb-assed gabacho.&#160 They had&#160 an open council meeting on this issue – don’t you remember???

“Given the social, economic and political effects of these measures, it seems the city left its constituents with little choice but to pursue legal remedy.”

Translation:&#160 “We’re about to be tossed out on our illegal asses, so it’s time to go crying to the courts of Uncle Sugar.”

Getting closer & closer to grabbing that watering can…

Mozilla Firefox doesn't do too badly, either; in fact, it's His Rudeness' browser of choice.
You can  use Nutscrape,  if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?

And don't even  get me started on Opera or Chrome.  I'm not about  to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
