I had a rougher time with the kid at the Safeway the other day calling me “Sir” and “Mr. Blackiswhite” the other day. I kept looking around for my grandfather.
When I stopped getting carded for drinks and smokes a few years back, that was when I got depressed.
It took a further hit when my favorite songs hit the “Classics” station.
The final nail was when my Mom and I decided to compare grey hair and it turned out I had more than she did. Ack!
