Welcome to the Realm™ - Version 5.0...
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As stated last night, I did go to the Dallas Tea Party.

Didn’t really stay all that long, though – and 25% of the time I was there was spent working on a meatball sub from Subway.

In fact, if you want a more comprehensive (not much more, but he’s at least got multimedia) idea of some of the happenings, go visit His Randomness&#153 over at Random Numbers.

For my part, I was pleased with the crowd and their enthusiasm.&#160 And the couple of speakers I heard were okay.&#160 Not awe-inspiring, but they didn’t embarrass themselves, either.

My only problem with the whole soirée was the emcee – Mark Davis, who can be heard on WBAP AM 820 weekdays from 8:30 – 11:00 and has a blog here.

Mark Davis, in my view, is not the conservative he claims to be.&#160 He’s way too damned cordial to B. HUSSEIN!!!&#160 Obambi and the absolute fools&#160 who voted for him (be they black, white or polka dot) for my tastes:

Q: But how do you square that with the fact that this is not a presidency you wanted to see happen?

A: I’m sure I will spend ample time opposing various Obama administration initiatives. But I know tomorrow that I will see the faces of black people of a certain age who were not allowed to drink from the same water fountains that my parents did. While Barack Obama is not descended from slaves, his wife is. Her ancestors were chattel in the country she will now serve as First Lady. Only the coldest heart is unmoved by this.

Guess I’ve a cold-assed heart, then.&#160 Because I am most certainly not&#160 moved by any socialist’s ascendancy to the residence at 1600 Pennsylvania – I don’t give a royal shit what&#160 color he is.&#160 And add to that the circumstances surrounding the integrity of the election, plus&#160 the fact that Jugears McHopenchange still&#160 hasn’t proven his Constitutional fitness for the office, and the only thing it all moves me to do is retch.

Davis called this “indeed further evidence of the greatness and goodness that is America.”&#160 I call it evidence that America’s been dumbed down to the point of damnfoolishness.

In addition to that, Davis isn’t as pro-life as he claims to be – if you listened to him during the Terri Schaivo outrage, you found out that he came down on the side of Mikey Shitstain when it came to the Republicans in Congress attempting to save Terri’s life.

If that’s&#160 conservatism, make me a liberal.&#160 If there was ever a time for an American congress to work to save the life of an American citizen, it was then.&#160 If there was ever a time for Davis to be on the side of life, it was then – and he wussed out.

So anyway – it’s bad enough that the Tea Party had to put up with him as emcee.&#160 Now plan on having a pair of long-lasting earmuffs – because Davis flat-out doesn’t know when to shut up.&#160 Once he gets started, it’s tangent after tangent after aside after aside after…well, you get the idea.

But the Tea Parties themselves were extremely enjoyable.&#160 Crunchie over at the Rott has a recap, as does the beautiful & talented Michelle and the aforementioned Random fella.

Now for the next step.&#160 Where do we go from here?

You couldn’t have been surprised by this, could you?&#160 You had to figure, once it was ruled that Bob & Mary Schindler couldn’t have an independent, third-party forensics-type person there, that the fix was in – right?

Well, Denizens, here’s another WITY for you.

You’ll recall I mentioned something about Terri’s autopsy being performed in Pinellas County???

Surprise, surprise.&#160 We have ourselves a whitewash.&#160 Tom Sawyer himself couldn’t have done it this well.

If there’s one thing that pisses me off more than just about anything else, it’s someone who takes a stand for what’s right in our fucked-up society – and then apologizes for doing so.

The Department of Spineless, Wimp-Assed Bastards has delivered up one such individual on a silver platter – and it’s the Congresscritter I just got through defending a couple posts below.

That’s right, Denizens.&#160 Tommy-boy DeLay has caved in to whatever pressure was being brought to bear on him for what he said about Terri Schiavo and the out-of-control excuse-for-a-court system.

House Majority Leader Tom DeLay apologized Wednesday for using overheated rhetoric on the day Terri Schiavo died, but refused to say whether he supports impeachment of the judges who ruled in her case.

DeLay backtracked as White House spokesman Scott McClellan said President Bush considers the Texas Republican, who is battling ethics allegations, a friend, but suggested that the majority leader is more of a business associate than a social pal.

“I think there are different levels of friendship with anybody,” McClellan said.

There are different levels of cowardice too, McClellan.&#160 Your boss demonstrated the worst kind of same when he bended his knee to the fucking swamp rat George Greer – a level of spinelessness matched only by Shrubya’s brother, Jebbie.

Now Tommy-boy DeLay has just about matched that particular brand of wussiness by apologizing for daring to speak the truth the other day about the Backstabbing Bench Bastards&#153 who helped murder Terri.

At a crowded news conference in his Capitol office, DeLay addressed remarks he made in the hours after the brain-damaged Florida woman died on March 31. “I said something in an inartful way and I shouldn’t have said it that way and I apologize for saying it that way,” DeLay told reporters.

Shortly after Schiavo’s death, Delay said it represented a failure of the legal system. DeLay’s statement also said, “The time will come for the men responsible for this to answer for their behavior.”

If that’s the way you feel, Tommy-Boy, then I couldn’t give a flying fuck if you should be tossed out of Congress on your yellow can.&#160 We need congressfolk in Washington who aren’t afraid to stand up for what’s right, even if it doesn’t jibe with poll numbers saut&#233ed by the NY Slimes.

And if you don’t have the balls to stand up for what’s right, perhaps you should step aside for someone who does.

It would seem that – for now – we’ve averted another Terri Schiavo-type murder.

Sherri at Straight Up With Sherri&#160 reports that 81-year-old Mae Magourik, who had been hospitalized with a dissected aorta, then subsequently hospiced and denied food and water at the insistence of her grand-daughter (who, it would seem did not have medical power-of-attorney to have this done), has now been removed from said hospice and transferred to another hospital, fed and re-hydrated.

Yes, I’m keeping an eye on this one – not to mention giving Sherri a higher-than-normal place on the blogroll.

You see, Sherri’s a Georgia blogger who actually possesses a clue – unlike some other Georgia blogger we all know…

One last thing…

That link below on the newest poll suggesting Americans didn’t&#160 want Terri starved to death?

Hat tip on that to His Dreaded Punditness, Bluto. (Sorry for the belatedness on that, guy.)

The SpatulaGoddess has a wonderful article here about not harboring hatred for any or all of the Unholy Schiavo Trinity&#153 – Mikey Shitstain, Fellatios the Almighty Channeler Of Old Ladies He Wishes Would Hurry Up And Die&#153 and Georgie-Porgy the Flamingo-Felching Dolphin Humper&#153.

(Can you tell I haven’t quite gotten to that point yet?)

And I understand about Romans 12:19 and 14:10 and 14:12.&#160 I understand that the Lord will repay these three murdering sons-of-bitches royally for killing an innocent woman.

That doesn’t stop me from desperately wishing that I could the the instrument of that vengeance.

I’m not condemning those who are filled with indignation, righteous or otherwise, toward this whole mess. Like I said before, there is plenty of blame to go around. But, now, she’s gone. Will throwing more mud bring her back?

Obviously, of course not.&#160 But if nothing is done – if we go back to our fascination with Michael!!!!&#160 and whether or not he fondled those little kids, or the latest dirt about Brad & Jen, or J.Lo, or Oprah, or this or that – that will be exponentially worse.

To sit there in a spirit of blah&#160 is unacceptable.&#160 This would send the message that “oh, well, we’ll point our nose toward the sky and sniff our disapproval – but really, boys, you do what you want to do, we’d rather not get our hands dirty”.&#160 That&#160 attitude not only encourages more of the same (or worse), it all but guarantees&#160 it.

(Oh, and I fully realize that’s not what the SpatulaGoddess is advocating.&#160 The rest of our “society” – if you want to call us that any longer – long ago attained “comfortably numb” status, resulting in our sense of morality lapsing into a deep coma.)

The question is therefore raised:&#160 How much more are we willing to tolerate?

Some are now talking vengence, not only against Michael Schiavo, but against the judges and the politicians who let her down. No matter how much I long for justice, I can’t go there.

Indeed, we are talking vengeance – because that is precisely what that Unholy Trinity™ royally deserves.

And no person in any position of authority – from that sick swamp fuck George-Porgy Greer to the supposed&#160 leader of the free world who bowed his knee to him – deserves to be returned to that place of power from this point forward.&#160 Whether removed by ballot – or by other means – every single asshole who voted to have Terri killed deserves nothing short of being run out of town on rails.

And then having those rails turned sideways and shoved squarely up their candy-asses.

Go here and read what this nurse has to say about the whole thing.&#160 She covers every point I ever could make about Terri Schiavo far better than I ever could.

We failed her.&#160 We could have should have saved her life – but we turned our backs on her.

That’s&#160 why, today, I’m ashamed of this country.

_____________________________________________________

At this moment, I’m as ashamed to be an American as I’ve ever been.

Terri Schiavo has just died.&#160 The United States of America has just finished failing her.&#160 We have failed Terri.

This will be the only post today.&#160 The next post will require the strongest asbestos underwear to read, and I will not care whether or not it offends you.

That is all.

Quick, hide the Pontiff from Mikey Shitstain and Georgie-Porgy Dolphin-Humper&#153!!!

Pope John Paul II is getting nutrition from a feeding tube through the nose, the Vatican said on Wednesday, shortly after the frail pontiff appeared at his window in St. Peter’s Square and unsuccessfully tried to speak.

Vatican spokesman Joaquin Navarro-Valls said the tube was aimed at improving the pope’s calorie intake. It was not visible when the pope made his appearance.

Hey, if it’s good enough for Pope John Paul II, Fellatios the Pro-Death Pussy&#153, why isn’t it good enough for Terri, you son-of-a-crack-whore-bitch?

Three ropes, three lampposts, the Unholy Trinity&#153.&#160 Some assembly required.

_____________________________________________________

I’m not sure quite what to make of this.

On the one hand, I’m encouraged that Mikey Shitstain is going to “allow” this autopsy – especially since it appears that he’d have had to anyway.

(Floridian legal beagles, front and center:&#160 I’ve heard that cremation candidates must&#160 have an autopsy done prior thereto.&#160 Is this the case?)

UPDATE:&#160 Hat tip to Denizen David Hartung:&#160 According to WND, Florida law does&#160 require such an autopsy.

How magnanimous of Mssrs. Shitstain and his fucknozzle-excuse-for-an-attorney to graciously&#160 accede to this.

On the other hand…any autopsy would be done at the Pinellas County morgue.&#160 It would not be a stretch to say that if any high muckety-much in Pinellas County told me that the sky was blue, I’d go out to double-check.&#160 It is not outside the realm of possibility that Mikey Shitstain and Georgie-Porgie Fellatio Felon Felos are even now attempting to intimidate the coroner there.

I guess we’ll see how far this conspiracy extends, won’t we?

I generally agree with most of the stuff Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily has to say.&#160 Oh, there’ll be the occasional disagreement, but usually Farah has a good take on things.

And then, every once in a while, he gets the nail flush-bang-on-foursquare on the head.&#160 His column for today is just such an occasion.

Go read it – and keep your head on a swivel; that’s how much you’ll be nodding in agreement.

Terri received over $1M in a medical malpractice suit back in 1992, according to this story in WorldNetDaily.&#160 The money was supposed&#160 to be used for her long-term care and rehab.

Not a dime of it has been used for that purpose – and now, we learn the remaining balance of the judgement is in the neighborhood of around $50K.

Yeah.&#160 K.

“So where’d all this money go, Spats?”, I hear you asking.

When a jury awarded Terri Schiavo more than $1 million in a medical malpractice suit against her two physicians in 1992, it did so believing the money would be used to pay for the brain-injured woman’s long-term care and rehabilitation.

But instead of the therapy he promised he’d provide for Terri, her estranged husband, Michael Schiavo, 41, who is also her legal guardian, used most of the money to pay attorneys to arrange his wife’s death; and he did this with full court approval.

The money awarded Terri was placed in a trust fund, and a judge approved all expenditures from pedicures to attorney bills. The latter has skyrocketed over the years, as Terri’s parents, Robert and Mary Schindler, battled their son-in-law in the Florida courts over their daughter’s right to live.

In April 1993, Terri’s money was valued at $776,254. According to a financial planner, it’s been estimated that if the principle had not been touched, the fund during the mid- to late 1990s would have grown and at the same time generated an annual income of at least $70,000. This easily would have paid for her care in the finest nursing home in Florida, including rehabilitation.

However, under Florida law, if Terri should die, Schiavo as spouse and guardian stood to inherit her entire trust fund.

No sooner was Terri’s money in the bank than Michael Schiavo refused to begin the long-awaited rehabilitation program. He directed the nursing home where she lived not to give her antibiotics for various infections and had a “do not resuscitate” order attached to her chart. He later testified doctors had advised him that her condition was hopeless and if she became ill he should “let her die.”

So, instead of spending all that money trying to assist Terri’s recovery…Mikey Shitstain used it to kill her.

Oh, yeah.&#160 That’s&#160 being a “doting husband”, all right.

Fucking bastard…

And in keeping with the countenance of a man desperate to keep people from finding out about the heinous crime he’s committed, Mikey Shitstain is now trying to destroy the last remaining evidence linking him to the impending murder of his wife – that being the body.

He wants her cremated, you see.

Michael Schiavo decided to have his wife’s body cremated after her parents’ lawyers obtained medical records showing she had sustained broken bones, a nurse who cared for Terri Schiavo is now claiming.

“He wanted her cremated after the bone fractures and dislocations were found,” nurse Carla Sauer Iyer, who cared for Terri in the mid-1990s while she was at the Palm Gardens Convalescent Center, told ABC Radio host Sean Hannity on Friday.

“He immediately went to court and [said he] wanted her body cremated at that time,” she said, “after we got hold of the records that proved there were dislocations and fractures.”

Yeah, that really sounds like someone who “did everything he could vis à vis rehabilitation, medical care, etc., until it became hopeless.”

Sounds more like someone who keeps ranting about when is that bitch gonna die” to me.

And the conspiracy continues to grow:

Nurse Iyer said she recently contacted Palm Gardens to encourage co-workers who also cared for Terri to speak out – but said they have been muzzled.

“The administrator had gotten them together and they talked about what happened with Michael,” Iyer told Hannity. “The people who have worked with Terri who are still there, they cannot talk to reporters – they would be terminated.”

If I’m Bob & Mary Schindler, I’m having the best lawyers in the country prepare the largest-ever civil lawsuit.&#160 And it’s gonna target not only Mikey Shitstain, but the twin Georgie-Porgy pisspots, Greer and Fellatios Felon Felos, plus&#160 the state of Florida and the nursing homes who keep threatening these nurses with their jobs.

And several people/companies wind up owing me several hundred million dollars before it’s all done.&#160 Hey, guys, you’ve heard of the concept of “wrongful death”, right?

I just hope Bob & Mary have the wherewithal left to take these motherfuckers to the cleaners.

We find Our Hero (me) in Wonderland this morning, as down seems to be up and up, down.

Reason:&#160 I find myself agreeing with a liberal Democrat and&#160 wanting to rip the balls off a son-of-a-bitch who is supposedly&#160 a Christian-conservative Republican.

The liberal is Lanny Davis, who is appalled at the brutal way in which Terri is being murdered.

“In this situation on a personal and moral level, I go with the parents who are willing to take care of this young woman,” former White House Counsel Lanny Davis told Fox News Channel’s Geraldo Rivera. “And I cannot comprehend why this husband is standing in their way.”

“I see no reason why the rule of law, or in this case, [why] there shouldn’t be an exception to that rule,” Davis said, adding that Michael “can’t convince me that he’s certain of this tragic woman’s wishes.”

“I have no comprehension as to where he gets his anger from. He’s even denied a their request for a final Communion,” he complained.

Lanny, it completely befuddles me, too, especially given this information, also uncovered by NewsMax.

Greer – a conservative Christian and longtime Republican known for an easy manner – has become the public face of the judiciary in this internationally watched fight. But despite the mounting pressure, he has been steadfast in his rulings that Terri Schiavo is in a persistent vegetative state and did not want to be kept alive artificially.

Yet another memo to the Republican Party:&#160 Gentlemen, I’m not sure if judges at his level are appointed or elected down there.&#160 But if they’re elected, and you give him so much as one penny&#160 for a re-election campaign, then I’ve voted for my last Republican, so help me God.

And I don’t give a flying fuck who&#160 the Republican might be.&#160 If the GOP supports this Flamingo-Felching Fascist Fucknozzle&#153, then the GOP can go to Hell&#153, AFAIC.

As for the Dolphin-Humper’s so-called “Christianity”?&#160 I’m fond of pointing out that I’m probably one of the worst examples of a Christian since the apostle Paul labelled himself thus in one or another of the Epistles.&#160 But I think I may have found someone worse.

I just hope he doesn’t claim to be a Southern Baptist.&#160 I think that’d just about tie it for me.

Sean Gleeson at Diary of an Oklahoma Artist reports that Jeb Bush may have grown a spine, after all.

Sort of.

According to this story from Knight-Ridder (not all that credible a source – yes, I know, but still…), Jeb had a team of state police on their way to pick Terri up.

Hours after a judge ordered that Terri Schiavo wasn’t to be removed from her hospice, a team of Florida law enforcement agents were en route to seize her and have her feeding tube reinserted – but they stopped short when local police told them they would enforce the judge’s order, The Miami Herald has learned.

Agents of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement told police in Pinellas Park, the small town where Schiavo lies at Hospice Woodside, that they were on the way to take her to a hospital to resume her feeding.

For a brief period, local police, who have officers around the hospice to keep protesters out, prepared for what sources called a showdown.

In the end, the state agents and the Department of Children and Families backed down, apparently concerned about confronting local police outside the hospice.

“We told them that unless they had the judge with them when they came, they were not going to get in,” said a source with the local police.

So, in essence, the Florida State Police were stared down by a bunch of Pinellas Park Podunk Pigs&#153.

Oh, that’ll&#160 look good on the r&#233sum&#233, guys.

That tells me two things:

1) Jeb really doesn’t&#160 have the balls to be governor – and, since his widdle brother Shrub didn’t do a damned thing about it, neither does he have the balls to be President.

2) It also tells me that Jefferson’s Tree of Liberty is a helluva lot drier than even I thought, and watering time is not far off.

This is painless???&#160 Dignified? This&#160 is what Terri would have wanted, Mikey Shitstain?

Well, pardon me for saying so, but BULLSHIT!!!

Contrary to predictions that Terri Schiavo’s starvation death would be painless and dignified, an eyewitness who visited her hospice room early Saturday morning reports that she is now bleeding from the eyes and mouth.

Fox News Channel’s “Fox & Friends” reports:

“Barbara Weller, who’s is one of the attorneys for the Schindlers, says that the last time she checked in, not very many hours ago, Terri’s eyes and tongue were bleeding now.

“Her eyes are sunken and her skin continues to flake off,” Weller added.

On Thursday Terri’s parents reported that their daughter now resembles “an Auschwitz victim.”

Oh, yeah.&#160 That’s&#160 “death with dignity”.&#160 That’s&#160 “painless”???&#160 That’s&#160 “what she would have wanted”???

Oh.&#160 Wait – no, it isn’t.

Another legal maneuver included a late afternoon filing asking Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer to order the reinsertion of the tube, claiming Terri Schiavo tried to say “I want to live” when her tube was removed.

Well, so much for the claims of “persistent vegetative state”.

Hey, but it’s okay, isn’t it?&#160 Like you pro-deathers keep saying – Terri’s not there anymore; Terri’s not a person anymore, she’s Mikey Shitstain’s property;&#160 he can do with her what he wants, can’t he?

F.E.T.E.
