So Fox News this morning has this caption on a report about the correlation of crime & gun control – no, I had the sound turned down and didn’t listen to it; FNC is grating enough to my ears nowadays now that they seem to be turning into CNN Lite…
…and the caption reads – and I quote:
RPT: CRIME GOING DOWN DESPITE THE OVERTURN OF CITY GUN BANS
What?  The?  Ever?  Loving?  Fuckity?  FUCK?!?!?!?!!!
Has it not occurred to the pinheads over at Fox News that crime might  be going down BECAUSE  of “the overturn of city gun bans”?!
Libtards far & wide have been calling Fox “Faux News” for years now.  And with this sudden leftist bent of theirs…they might finally be right.

if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?
And don't even get me started on Opera or Chrome. I'm not about to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.

Interesting moment when they let an expert on each side make a point. John Lott makes the statement that armed self-defense deters crime. Gun-grabber guy rambles, saying that there are so many variables affecting gun violence stats that it’s too hasty to tie one factor – the increase in gun ownership – to the overall decrease in violent crimes. Gun-grabber guy was discredited before he spoke; the Fox reporter already reported that the gun grabbers were predicting that one factor alone (more guns) would lead to more crime, a prediction that fell flat.
The combination of fair reporting in the body of the story and a biased headline tells me that the Fox reporter can be fair and balanced, and that word “despite” says he’s a bit surprised at what he found. It’s not perfect, but it’s accurate where it matters most.
