Texas gave a second IV’s worth of justice to another murderous, scum-sucking illegal-alien pussbag this evening:
An illegal immigrant from Honduras who claimed his treaty rights were violated when he was arrested for a robbery-murder in Arlington was executed Thursday evening.
“God forgive them, receive my spirit,” Heliberto Chi said in English. In Spanish, he told a friend watching through a window that he loved him and appreciated his hard work. He appeared to be whispering a prayer in Spanish with a tear at the corner of his right eye as the lethal drugs began to take effect.
One of Chi’s cousins, who was among the witnesses, sobbed uncontrollably.
Oh, boo-hoo-effin’-hoo.  Let’s see here…
LSIK&T:  Korrioth, if that GAF-o-meter operational?
KORRIOTH:  In perfect working order, Admiral.
Now here’s your money block, right here:
Lawyers for Chi had claimed in appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court that he should have been told he could get legal assistance from the Honduran consulate when he was arrested in California and extradited to Texas to face charges for killing his former boss, Armand Paliotta, at an Arlington men’s clothing store during a robbery 7 1/2 years ago. Chi had once worked for Paliotta as a tailor at the store.
The Supreme Court, ruling about 2 1/2 hours before his scheduled execution time, rejected his appeal without dissent.
The arguments in his case, focusing on rights of foreigners under international treaty, were similar to those used unsuccessfully Tuesday by lawyers for condemned Texas prisoner Jose Medellin. In that case, the Supreme Court, with four of the nine justices dissenting, rejected his appeal and the Mexican-born Medellin was executed for participating in the gruesome gang rape and murders of two teenage Houston girls 15 years ago.
Now, I’m hoping to God that this is the start of a trend, and not just a pair of aberrations.  It would warm the cockles of my heart if we here in Texas were to say to the world, “We’re not too terribly fond of you illegal assholes anyway – but take the lives of our precious citizens and there’s no anti-death-penalty advocacy  group, no Pussified Pansy-ass Parade™, no Amnesty International, no law loophole, no World-effin’-Court, no “international law”, no treaty, no Vienna-fuckin’-Convention, no nothin’  that’ll save your pathetic, American-murdering illegal ass if we decide we’ve had enough.”
You people are guests  in our great country – and unwelcome guests, I might add, at that.  Your mere presence pisses off the majority of those of us who happen to be citizens of this great land, and then you’re going to go and start killing our own?
Uh-uh.  Homey.  Don’t.  Fuckin’.  Play.  That.
Good on ya again, Texas, and especially Big Dickhead Perry.  You keep doing this often enough, Rick, I may just have to vote for you next election cycle.

For the record, Governor Perry’s ‘official’ nickname is “The Best Hair in Texas”, because, from what I’ve been able to gather, that’s about his only redeeming quality. The guy is just about one step this side of ‘buffoon’.
I would also like to point out that “The Best Hair in Texas” had to field the various appeals to commute or stay the executions from Georgia…yup, that’s right. The governor of Texas couldn’t even be bothered to be in his own state while this was going on. He was too busy signing books in Georgia about his illustrious Boy Scouts career to be bothered with trifles like ‘governing the state he was elected to govern.’
Public policy is too important to be left to politicians.
