The best answer to pricks like that are to *ignore* them. They crave attention, ANY attention, and to ignore them is worse than killing them, or hurting them, or mocking them.
If you kill them, at least you paid enough attention to them to care enough to kill them. If you ignore them, you don’t even care enough to acknowledge their existence. And that thought is enough to send them into a suicidal depression.
Trust me on this. I have decades of experience dealing with them.
