Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was “too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters.”
Hmmm.  Guess the tinhorn must have adjudged an individual citizen of the United States of America to be a “legal fiction”.

This is just simply a case of a judge legislating from the bench. It appears the judge doesn’t agree with the “natural born citizen” requirement in the Constitution, so, he just ignored it.
Gentlemen,
Given that Obama’s mother is an American citizen, Obama has citizenship through her, no matter where he may have been born. If he became a citizen of Indonesia as a child, that paperwork should be easy to produce. As far as I am aware, such paperwork does not exist.
From what has been published, Obama is as much an American born citizen as is John McCain.
For what it is worth, two of my children were born overseas. This is a subject I have had to deal with on a very personal level.
