The announcement about of Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Danny Williams’ plans has triggered a debate since Canada prides itself on its universal health care system.

The only problem with that theory is that there aren’t enough believers in limited government among the ranks of candidates or politicians to make a difference, and there aren’t enough among to general population to elect them, if there were.
