Now, the GOP outnumber the Donktards in the Senate, 19-14.  A quorum is 20 members.

My guess is that he will stick to his guns. On the teacher issue, teachers are employed by local school districts, most of which are run by fellow teachers. I strongly suspect that there will be no terminations.
