Fox News has just reported that the “individual mandate” portion of Bambicare is constitutional as a tax.&#160 John Roberts sided with the leftist pusstards on the decision.

I say now, and for the record – I WILL NOT OBEY THIS.

I am currently covered under my company’s plan. When it goes away – and I guaran-damn-tee you, it will&#160 go away – I will not get replacement coverage.

   And I’m sensing a wee bit of angst from the quantity of eff-bombs that got dropped. Is that a safe assessment?
   
   For that matter, is it safe to conclude you feel that the SCOTUS is now about as irrelevant as Congress?

   Doing some further research on Justice Roberts’ ruling, Darth I think you need to look closer.

   1) Yes, he ruled that it was constutional as a tax, BUT he also said the commerce clause (which we all know was how Al-Obmabi was basing their legality of it) was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Where did I get this info, look here.

   2) He stated that in order to fund Al-Obambicare it is clearly a TAX (same source article as above). Now let’s see the Demoncrappers writhe and squirm as they try to defend themselves and their “it’s just a penalty” stance.

   Finally, he struck down as unconstitutional, the Obama-care idea that the federal government can bully states into complying by yanking their existing medicaid funding. Liberals, through Obama-care, basically said to the states — ‘comply with Obama-care or we will stop existing funding.’ Roberts ruled that is a no-no. If a state takes the money, fine, the Feds can tell the state how to run a program, but if the state refuses money, the federal government can’t penalize the state by yanking other funding. Therefore, a state can decline to participate in Obama-care without penalty. This is obviously a serious problem. Are we going to have 10, 12, 25 states not participating in “national” health-care? Suddenly, it’s not national, is it?

   So he’s TELLING Al-Obambi and his piehole parrots to STFU, and hey there’s this thing called the TENTH AMENDMENT. So in the short-term, it’s not good for us cause we have to listen to nimrods like San Fran Piglousy et al (with the support of the Lapdog media goons) sing praises of the imputant imperial dictator majesty President’s wisdom clairvoyance musings rambling.

   If you’re curious about the IJReview tendencies, I looked over their articles on the front page and all of them pointed to the more conservative end. Even the ads were mainly conservative in nature.
