Fox News has just reported that the “individual mandate” portion of Bambicare is constitutional as a tax.&#160 John Roberts sided with the leftist pusstards on the decision.

I say now, and for the record – I WILL NOT OBEY THIS.

I am currently covered under my company’s plan. When it goes away – and I guaran-damn-tee you, it will&#160 go away – I will not get replacement coverage.

Let me say that again:&#160 I will not purchase coverage.

I will not pay any related tax.

I will not pay any penalty.

IRS, you will have to come get me.

If you dare.

Fuck you, Johnita Roberts.

Fuck your wife.

Fuck your kids.

Fuck you, George “Shrubya” Bush, who put the son-of-a-bitch on the Soprano Court in the first&#160 fucking place.

And last but not least – fuck the Hell outta you, B. HUSSEIN!!!&#160 Obambi.

I.&#160 WILL.&#160 NOT.&#160 OBEY!!!!!

UPDATE:&#160 And Denizens, I hate like hell to contradict myself, go hypocritical, make a liar of myself, all that.

But I have no choice.&#160 Apologies to the Vicar, the General, Plett, the Lady, La Reina, Mrs. Venomous – everyone.

But as of now – 0930 hours, 6/28/2012 – I am declaring my intention to vote for Willard Mitt Romney for President of the United States of America.

Because, you see, Obambi – I&#160 know whose ass to kick, you illegal Kenyan son of a slutty crack whore bitch.

Despite a vast array of theological differences, Mormons and Christians can come together on Exodus 20:15.

    Here’s the battle cry.

So let me get this straight there Darth….you DON’T really agree with the SCOTUS ruling?????

And I’m sensing a wee bit of angst from the quantity of eff-bombs that got dropped. Is that a safe assessment?

For that matter, is it safe to conclude you feel that the SCOTUS is now about as irrelevant as Congress?

Why, whatever gave you that&#160 idea, kind sir?&#160

    Angst?&#160 Oh, fuck&#160 no.

Angst&#160 is what Hannity wrings his hands & dishes up three hours a day, every day (plus one hour on Fox News).&#160 This is more like pissed-off-ready-to-chew-collapsed-neutronium.&#160

For that matter, is it safe to conclude you feel that the SCOTUS is now about as irrelevant as Congress?

Juanita Roberts is.&#160 I’m still a big fan of Alito, Scalia & Thomas.

I see sarcasm hasn’t escaped from thy grasp.

Now, if we can just get the left-cosat nutcases to comprehend what this is going to do and come to the same conclusion we have.

Is it going to happen? Not in places like Pelosiville or Reidland. But we can subvert that now can’t we!!

Doing some further research on Justice Roberts’ ruling, Darth I think you need to look closer.

    1) Yes, he ruled that it was constutional as a tax, BUT he also said the commerce clause (which we all know was how Al-Obmabi was basing their legality of it) was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Where did I get this info, look here.

    2) He stated that in order to fund Al-Obambicare it is clearly a TAX (same source article as above). Now let’s see the Demoncrappers writhe and squirm as they try to defend themselves and their “it’s just a penalty” stance.

    3)

Finally, he struck down as unconstitutional, the Obama-care idea that the federal government can bully states into complying by yanking their existing medicaid funding. Liberals, through Obama-care, basically said to the states — ‘comply with Obama-care or we will stop existing funding.’ Roberts ruled that is a no-no. If a state takes the money, fine, the Feds can tell the state how to run a program, but if the state refuses money, the federal government can’t penalize the state by yanking other funding. Therefore, a state can decline to participate in Obama-care without penalty. This is obviously a serious problem. Are we going to have 10, 12, 25 states not participating in “national” health-care? Suddenly, it’s not national, is it?

So he’s TELLING Al-Obambi and his piehole parrots to STFU, and hey there’s this thing called the TENTH AMENDMENT. So in the short-term, it’s not good for us cause we have to listen to nimrods like San Fran Piglousy et al (with the support of the Lapdog media goons) sing praises of the imputant imperial dictator majesty President’s wisdom clairvoyance musings rambling.

If you’re curious about the IJReview tendencies, I looked over their articles on the front page and all of them pointed to the more conservative end. Even the ads were mainly conservative in nature.
