if you so desire - but why in blazes would you want to use a browser from a company that had to hide behind Janet El Reño's skirt to be successful?
And don't even get me started on Opera or Chrome. I'm not about to trust any browser that won't let me change its color scheme.
Yeah.
The ops tempo here has increased drastically. We have begun a complete upgrade and remodel of the War Room and connecting offices here at HQ, several new “projects” have moved from off-radar to on-the-scope which require a somewhat more vigilant monitoring by the staff, I’ve had to make an unscheduled visit to our alternate disaster recovery site to ensure its operational readiness with hurricane season approaching again, we have an oversight visit/audit scheduled for July-ish, and if that wasn’t enough the Generalette and I are waiting for our new personal residence to be completed here on-base which means there is a move upcoming. Oh and just for fun, we have our annual sabbatical coming up in 39 days.
So all in all, no nothing major going on here just been a little distracted is all.
Okay, fine.  I just noticed y’all got a little bit of rain down there, is all.  Was hoping I wasn’t gonna have to come bail y’all out. 🙂
Rain don’t bother us that much here. The storm drain system on base is more than sufficient. Plus, have you forgotten about that patch of water that’s practically on the other side of the front gate?? You know, that lake. Okay well maybe it’s more of a gulf….if’n you really need to get technical about it.
Got 4.5″ all total per the Weather Squadron, but we’re still down something like 6″ for the year and the drought advisories are still in place. So as you can imagine, the water didn’t really stick around too long.
