Called my congresscritter’s office today and let them know that if the congressman votes in favor of any of the healthcare bills currently before Congress, he will not have my vote next year.
I don’t expect it to do any good, this guy is a big time liberal Democrat who believes that he knows better than I what is good for me.
UPDATE:  The House passed the bill by a very slim margin. My Demonrat Congresscritter voted in favor of the Bill. I have informed him that his vote insured that I will never vote for him. I urge everyone who reads this to do the same.
Looks like San Fran Nan Piglousi is starting to realize that, uhhhhh, those very mad-type people over there, uhhhhhh, are kinda, y’know, uhhhhhhhhhhh, armed…”
This is the same Shrieker Of The House™ that accused us (in a roundabout way) of being Nazis because we were supposedly “carrying swastikas”.  This is the same San Fran Nan Piglousi that claims that the CIA “lies to everyone, duh”.  Same Piglousi that loudly proclaimed that she was a “fan of ‘disruptors'”.  Y’know, back then when they were on her  side.
Now?  Not so much.
PotKettleBlackMuch™, O Shrieker?
Methinks she is starting to finally realize that this is not going to end well for her, her supporters or her party.  Methinks she is finally starting to realize that, one way or another, her 15 Minutes Of Fame™ are about to be up, and that the Dustbin of History™ is straight ahead.
Aaaaaaaah, who’m I kidding?  This is Piglousi, remember?
It is  fun to dream, though.
At least, about her realizing it.  The other part about those 15 minutes of hers being up is actually true.
Especially  the “one way or another” part.
Hard to keep the RCOB™ off my eyes tonight, Denizens.
For Maxi-pad Waters has seen fit to open her skanky piehole yet again.
“I want those people talked to; I want them interviewed,” Waters told the liberal Bill Press Radio show in a podcast. “I want journalists to be all over those rallies and the marches with the birthers and the teabaggers.”
How about you set the example, skank ho?  How about you come to Texas and say that to my face, you filthy little bitch?
Anytime you want, trollop.  I’ll show you “no justice, no peace”, you stupid little asshole-ette.
(Via Gateway Pundit).
This is absolute bullshit:
As you folks well know, I’m not a fan of the Catholics, and haven’t been for a while.  But this takes the effin’ cake.
“Lord, fry the freakin’ cretin who put that poor boy up to that.  Lord, hear our prayer.”
RED ALERT
ALL HANDS MAN YOUR BATTLE STATIONS
THIS IS NOT A DRILL, REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL
FoxNews and CNET are reporting here and here that a bill that has been introduced in the Senate by Jay Rockefeller. Senate bill 773, aka the Cybersecurity Act of 2009 would:
offer President Obama emergency control of the Internet and may give him a “kill switch” to shut down online traffic by seizing private networks
Not on my watch!
HELL NO
This piece of shit legislation reeks UNCONSTITUTIONAL all over the place. If this is not a clear attempt at a total power grab by the DEMONSHITTERS and the WHINE HOUSE you obviously are a DEMONSHITTER yourself or are living in a DRUG INDUCED coma.
Attention all SENATORS who even CONSIDER voting yes on this bill. KISS YOUR JOB GOODBYE at the next election. WE THE PEOPLE will not for one iota of a second stand for this overt attempt at turning OUR country into a socialist/marxist oligarchy with Al-Obambi as your puppetmaster.
All Comm channels are to remain open until further notice.

They say that you need to win two of the three facets of the game (offense, defense, special teams) in order to win the game.  In which case, the C’boys had damned well best win offense & defense every week – because their special teams still suck.
at Dallas 30, Tennessee 10
UPDATE:  at Baltimore 24, NY Jets 23
Romo was sharp in marchine the ‘Boys to two first-half touchdowns, going 18-24-192, but with no picks or fumbles.  Those “little things” of which he spoke in the off-season seem to have been addressed.  And the offensive line did a spectacular job of protecting him, as well.  Amazing – I had always thought Kyle Kosier was the weak link in that chain, but he may be the glue that keeps that bunch together; they protect Romo a helluva  lot better when he’s in there than not, although Romo did  take a shot or two last night.
The defense did well, too, holding the Tennessee starters to a field goal; only a brain fart by rookie Mike Mickens permitted the Titans to score their only TD.  They got one pick (of a Vince Young pass) and pressured Titan QBs well all evening.
Barber had 32 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries, and Keon Lattimore added 33 yards on 9 carries.  Felix Jones also had a touchdown on the ground.  Martellus “Marty B” Bennett had 4 catches for 65 yards, leading all receivers.  Dallas totaled 466 yards to Tennessee’s 191.
Some notes from the game:
* The stadium looks incredible.
It’s a palace.  The view of the roof eerily resembles old Texas Stadium, but the glass on the ends somewhat resemble that of Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
* What did we bother getting rid of Bruce Read for? Special teams still suck (penalty on the opening reception; allowing a 60-yard return on a kickoff). They settled down as the game went along, but they’re gonna have to get a lot better a lot faster.  Joe DeCamillis has a lot of work to do.
* If we ever go back to a 4-3, I want Chuck Cecil as my defensive coordinator. Love the way his front seven crowd the line of scrimmage.  OTOH, Romo could probably get ’em with a hard-count if this were a regular-season game.
* Teams had best watch the fake-inside-pitch-back on any short-yardage situation. If I see Barber & Jones in the same backfield, that’s the first thing I cover is that pitch.
* If I didn’t know better, I’d say Nick Folk is kicking himself right out of a roster spot.  Hasn’t been all that impressive this pre-season, and he just missed a 49-yarder directly on the right upright.  (Yes, it’s 49 yards, but it’s usually all-but-automatic with Folk at that distance.)Buehler had a couple of kickoffs go into the end zone last night.  I know Folk’s coming back from hip surgery, but he needs to get back on track quick.
* Cowboys’ run defense looks impressive. Pass defense, not so much.
See the aforementioned brain fart by Mickens.
Penalties are still a problem for this bunch.13 for 113 Saturday night.  Looks like these guys are Raiders South.
* What the hell was Terrance Newman doing returning a punt in the third quarter?  This guy’s just coming off a tweaked hamstring and he’s back there returning punts?!?!?!Really.  I know you investigate every contingency, but f’Cthulu’s sake here!  We lose any of our top three corners and we’ll start making everyone look like the second coming of Peyton!
Oh, well – it was a win.
The PFW will return Friday or so for another go-round.
A couple of key Donktards are stating that the so-called “public option” (i.e. the private-insurance killing clause in this health-care bill debacle) is now dead.
“Look, the fact of the matter is there are not the votes in the U.S. Senate for the public option, there never have been,” [NDakota Donk senator Kent] Conrad said in an interview on “Fox News Sunday with Chris Wallace.”
“So to continue to chase that rabbit is, I think, a wasted effort,” Conrad said.
His comments followed Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius’s remark that a public option is “not the essential element” to ensure competition in the health insurance market. Sebelius made the remark on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
Now, nothing’s set in stone until the final vote, of course; the leftards could turn on a dime and re-insert this travesty.  But it is  encouraging.
And, as it’s another nail in the coffin of the political career of one B. HUSSEIN!!!  Obambi (seeing as he seems to have staked his entire regime on this one issue), we can’t help but be exceedingly pleased.
“Getcha popcorn ready”, as Widdle Terri Owens has been wont to say.
Oh, yes he did:  Avowed Communist socialist independent Bernie “Karl” Sanders (Marxist-VT) is squeaming that…
…are you sitting down?
…there aren’t “progressive” TV or radio networks to combat Fox News.
Let’s get this out of the way before we continue.
All together now:
“I’ll tell you what else we need to do,” Sanders said. “We need to understand that it is very, very hard for the president or anybody else to take on not just the Republican Party, that’s the easy part – to take on all of right-wing talk radio, which covers 90 percent of talk show hosts, a whole Fox network which is nothing more than an arm of the Republican Party and the Democrats got to think long term. Why is there not a progressive television network?
Bernie-boy doesn’t get out much, does he?
Bernie, m’boy, ever heard of (deep breath) ABCNBCCBSMSNBCCNNHeadlineNewsPBS…
Why aren’t we supporting good and effective personalities on radio as well and building up a network there so that we can that kind of political consciousness-raising that the Republicans, in fact, are doing so well right now.”
(another deep breath) …ABCRadioCBSRadioNBCRadioAirScaremericaNPRCNN?
No?
Gee, why am I not surprised?
“If it is harder to rile people with hope than it is to rile them with fear, it may be hard to go sort of base versus base, activist versus activist, honestly shouting person versus shouting person at some of these events and in terms of competition for the overall narrative around health care,” Maddow said. “Do you think that people who are saying, who are promoting these myths – that the president does want to kill old people, all these crazy things about health care reform – do you think they should just be ignored? Is it worth debunking them or mocking them?”
Gee, Madcow, honey – maybe it’s that it’s a little more believable of Demoscum than it was when you bastards were accusing Republicans wanting to poison the air, dirty the water and throw Grandma down the stairs, y’think?
“Oh no, I think what you are doing and all of us have to do – we have to call a lie a lie and they lie a whole lot of times,” Sanders said. “And we have to hold the Republican Party and the officials who support these lies accountable. But that’s not enough. What we need to do is do what Obama did during is very brilliant campaign, as that is rally tens of millions of people to stand up and say that health care is the civil rights issue of the moment, that is not acceptable that a million people a year, this year are going to go bankrupt because of medically related costs. We need to do grassroots organizing.”
Smell the astroturf!
Fucking asshats.

Just received a notice from the US House Rep. for the Southern HQ that caused a major RCOB. Almost lost enough blood that I nearly had to call the medics in to the Executive Suite. Now I just have this annoying throbbing behind my eyes and temples.
Anyway, what set off this episode. Nothing other than Rep. Culberson reporting that the Obamanation and the Bidenites there in the District of Crackheads have set a new world record for the month of July.
What is it you ask that set this record?
Why SPENDING of course.
“Spend, spend, spend, and spend some more….we’ll just get ol’ Gaitner to print more cash.” was apparently the theme for Al-Obambi and Co. They SPENT $332 BILLION (yes, that is billion with a “B”) on OUR tax dollars during the 31 days of July. That represents the most EVUH spent by ANY administration during a one month period since the signing of the Declaration of Independence.
And on a lighter note, FOX News is report that the Breck Boy is likely to have some ‘splainin’ to do. This could get interesting.
First we were “a mob” (that is, according to Lloyd “Satan” Doggett).
Then we might as well have been called Nazis because we were “carrying swastikas”.
And now  we’re “un-American”.
However, it is now evident that an ugly campaign is underway not merely to misrepresent the health insurance reform legislation, but to disrupt public meetings and prevent members of Congress and constituents from conducting a civil dialogue. These tactics have included hanging in effigy one Democratic member of Congress in Maryland and protesters holding a sign displaying a tombstone with the name of another congressman in Texas, where protesters also shouted “Just say no!” drowning out those who wanted to hold a substantive discussion.
Just so you know, Piglousi, a “substantive discussion” means that your water-carriers meet with their constituents and they talk with  us, rather than at  us.  And then – and, I might say, even before that – they listen to us.  And then – being our representatives – they do what we tell them to do.
Now, what part of any of that did you not understand, O Shrieker of the House?
These disruptions are occurring because opponents are afraid not just of differing views — but of the facts themselves. Drowning out opposing views is simply un-American. Drowning out the facts is how we failed at this task for decades.
No, beeyotch, you “failed” at this task precisely because we heard you loud and clear.
Let’s get one thing straight, bimbo.  Your party won because of the level of derangement amongst 52% of the voting populace towards George W. Bush.  And that  was because of your pussies in the leftard lapdog media and their  hatred of Dubya.  It certainly  didn’t have anything to do with health care, trust me.
Now, because of a narrow four-point victory – in an election that wasn’t exactly above-board, with a candidate who still  hasn’t proven his eligibility, you bastards think you have some sort of mandate???  And that anyone who would dare  raise the slightest objection is labelled “un-American”?  Or worse???  From a party that almost literally squeamed when anyone dared question their patriotism?
I’m not questioning it – I’m challenging it outright.  You little needle-dicked leftist crapweasels don’t fuckin’ have any.  You bastards hate America and all for which it stands, and are trying to impose your twisted morality on the rest of us at the point of a fucking gun.
Looks like it’s just about time to pick up a certain can…
UPDATE:  And once again I’ll defer, Piggly & Dingy, to the Secretary of State of the U.S.:
So I’m reading at the Spectator blog about how Chuckie Schmuky Schumer (D(umbshit)-NY) has referenced a September 15th deadline for the destruction of the American economy passing a “health-care” bill.
And the money quote:
“If we cannot produce a bipartisan solution by then, you have to wonder if the Republicans would ever be willing to agree to anything,” Schumer, a New York Democrat and member of the panel, said on a conference call with reporters.
And the thought came to mind:  Why should  we agree to any of the Demoscum Party’s bullshit?  Where it is written that we have to agree to any  piece of crap these bastards toss against the wall?
These leftist fucks are Congresscritters & Senators – not  overlords.  My Congresscritter & Senators, Schmuckhead, don’t have to do a fucking  thing your skanky ass commands – you got that, dipwad?
Suggest you learn to live with it, Chuckie.  Your kind’s gonna be out of power soon enough, and then you have to live under this crap, same as we do.
And oh, won’t that  be fun?
Y’know, Denizens, if the mob were doing this, it would be called a shakedown.
Americans who refuse to buy affordable medical coverage could be hit with fines of more than $1,000 under a health care overhaul bill unveiled Thursday by key Senate Democrats looking to fulfill President Barack Obama’s top domestic priority.
The Congressional Budget Office estimated the fines will raise around $36 billion over 10 years. Senate aides said the penalties would be modeled on the approach taken by Massachusetts, which now imposes a fine of about $1,000 a year on individuals who refuse to get coverage. Under the federal legislation, families would pay higher penalties than individuals.
Yeah, well, that’s MassaChewsShits, where the numerous oxygen wasters keep sending a murderer back to the Senate, every six years, and a war “veteran” whose only contribution to the effort was to shoot a fleeing Vietnamese in the back.  You can piss on their backs, tell them it’s raining and they’ll not have the balls to challenge you on it.
In a revamped health care system envisioned by lawmakers, people would be required to carry health insurance just like motorists must get auto coverage now. The government would provide subsidies for the poor and many middle-class families, but those who still refuse to sign up would face penalties.
Called “shared responsibility payments,” the fines would be set at least half the cost of basic medical coverage, according to the legislation.
Presumably, the IRS will be conducting these Fourth Amendment-violating searches for those insurance deadbeats.  They force you to prove you’re in a qualifying (read:  approved by Obambi) plan, and if not – boom! fine!!!
I for one can’t think of a better reason to see about refusing to pay my taxes, can you?
Mark my words – most Congresscritters who vote for this will be forced out of office.
One way or another, and by any means necessary.
Let’s get your week started with this little gem (I’d give the hat tip, but I forgot where I got it):
(With appropriate apologies to Yogi & the duck.    )
2003:  The Duchess Hilarious thinks dissent is patriotic.
2009:  San Fran Nan Piglousi doesn’t think dissent is so patriotic anymore.
From the House GOP Conference Secretary’s office:
Democrats Gag Debate on Failure to Follow House Rules
(WASHINGTON, DC) – In an astonishing acceleration of the stifling of debate and transparency in the House, Democrats tonight voted to adjourn and gag the planned special orders speeches of U.S. Representatives John Carter (R-TX) and Steve King (R-IA).
Carter and King had announced they would discuss Democrat Majority Leader Steny Hoyer’s (D-MD) statement that the upcoming health care reform effort would fail if Members were required to read the legislation. House Democrats accordingly silenced floor debate on the issue by voting to close early.
The watering can is on the verge of having its handle grabbed.

Time to get serious.
For those who haven’t had time to catch this, H.R. 2454 (aka, the Waxman-Markey energy bill) is the nefarious plan to tax America into oblivion. All under the auspices of “going green”. I could spend hours typing in the overview of this beatdown of a bill, but just go here to check it out.
Even the Wall Street Journal is saying this thing is a bad idea.
Even more surprising is that the Can’tBeStuck (in last place) networks are chiming in with this interesting piece about the energy and health reform bills. Color me slightly shocked once I read that article.
Folks, the time to get involved is now. The Generalette-to-be and I have already written our House rep to say vote “HELL NO” on the energy bill. You should do the same. Or start stockpiling cash cause any form of energy, from your electric to the gas for your car/truck/SUV/RV/Hummer is going to chew into more of your monthly budget. Like starting tomorrow!

UPDATE (1015 hours): Seems the weasel Demonscum have added 100 341 (H/T to David) pages to this bill overnight in order to “pork up” the bill. This is pathetic people. Get out there and let your House reps know they need to vote “NO”.
